With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in property management, development, and real estate brokerage, Creg McDonald brings an owner’s perspective to every property he oversees. His focus is on building long-term value, strengthening performance, and protecting each investment for the future.

Throughout his career, Creg has overseen more than 2,000 multifamily and residential units, guiding properties through every stage of the investment lifecycle—from acquisition and renovation to lease-up and stabilized operations. His expertise in construction, maintenance, and development helps owners make informed capital decisions, control costs, and keep their properties durable, efficient, and competitive.

Based in Champaign County, Creg also leads one of the region’s top-performing real estate sales teams. By combining market insight with disciplined operations, he helps clients increase net operating income, maximize property performance, and preserve the asset value of every property.
